Collier's Reserve is a private country club community of 450 acres featuring only 228 single family homes and homesites along the Cocohatchee River of which 1/3 of the community is protected natural preserve. A manned entry gate ensures privacy & security for residents.

Lot sizes range from one-third of an acre to three-fourths and all enjoy a golf or lake view, with the exception of 15 premium Cocohatchee riverfront homesites. A design review committee maintains architectural standards although each home is custom designed; 2,500 square feet is the minimum home size permitted within the community. Although few homesites are left, there are many resale opportunities available in Collier's Reserve.
